Hearing Assessment for Adults
  • Excludes hearing assessment for workplace purposes
  • Excludes hearing assessments requiring special documentation

  • Series of comprehensive audiometric assessment, report and consultation

CAPDOT - Online Therapy System for CAPD
  • Provides access for a year, but program typically takes 8-14 weeks

OTHER SERVICES

Ear Wax Removal
  • Covers both ears
  • Follow-ups are covered if we were unable to take out the wax

  • Noticing hearing changes and want a professional audiologist's opinion
  • Basic hearing aid clean and checks/troubleshooting

Home visits
  • This fee is waived when under the service plan with hearing aid purchase
  • Non-inclusive of additional procedures (ie. Wax removal)

Onboarding/service plan purchase
  • If hearing aids were purchased at another clinic
  • Covers all services (with exception of wax removal) regarding hearing aid cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting within the lifespan of the hearing aids (at clinic's discretion)
